FH Digital Temperature Gauge/Switch: The DTG has been designed as a replacement for mercury-in-glass or bi-metal thermometers in typical food, dairy, and beverage applications. The unit provides a battery-powered local display of temperature, visible on a large 0.9” LCD display. Numerous fitting choices ensure simple transition from existing thermometers to the DTG. Optional secondary temperature element, switching/alarming, and remote display is also now available. Switching versions can also be “loop-powered” to eliminate the need for batteries.

FH3/FH4 Digital Temperature Gauge for Retort Applications: The DTG has been designed as a replacement for mercury-in-glass thermometers on Retort applications. The unit provides a battery-powered local display of temperature, visible on a large 0.9″ LCD display. Numerous fitting choices ensure simple transition from existing mercury-in-glass thermometers to the DTG. Supplied pre-calibrated, with up to five custom user points available to allow on-site calibration. For difficult to read areas, a remote mount display is also available. This device fully complies with the Code of Federal Regulations document 21CFR113.4, covering the production of Low Acid Canned Foods.

FJ Pharmaceutical Series Digital Temperature Gauge/Switch: The FJ has been designed as a “best-in-class” digital thermometer for typical Pharmaceutical and Bio-tech applications. The unit provides a battery-powered local display of temperature, visible on a large 0.9″ LCD display. Numerous fitting choices ensure simple transition from existing bi-metal or other thermometers to the DTG. Optional secondary RTD temperature element, switching/alarming, and remote display are also now available. Switching versions can also be “loop-powered” to eliminate the need for batteries.

TS Temperature Sensors: The model TSM and TSB temperature sensors offer multiple new features to the Anderson-Negele temperature platform. Ultra-compact housings and mini transmitters make sure that space constraints are easily met. Platinum thin film RTD’s with standard Class A accuracy ensure optimal performance, while field programmability of transmitters makes sure the device is always optimally ranged. An optional loop powered backlit display is easily readable, making critical process monitoring a simple task. Common clamp and thermowell fittings ensure direct fit to existing and new applications.

Pharmaceutical Series Thermowells: Sanitary Clamp Type is designed for use with any 1/4″ diameter probe having a 1/2″ NPT threaded connector. The Sanitary Projectile Type is designed to be welded into process and storage vessels, and accept a variety of sensors.
